Do you feel stuck in the Mom Hole?

I know it’s a weird phrase, but it’s the best way I know to describe the confusion of modern motherhood.

First, you’re in survival mode with babies. It is what it is.

Then at some point, you’ve gotten just enough sleep, just enough of a space to think, that you look around and barely recognize anything.

Yourself, your surroundings, your situations, your life.

Where am I, exactly? Who am I?

And what do I even want anymore?

Hi, I’m Lindsay.

I’m an integrative life coach who loves to get to the root cause of a problem, whether it’s your gut health or that pesky brain pattern that leaves you feeling stuck.

Or both. ;)

I can help you get off the mental hamster wheel and on the path toward your truest, healthiest self.

You don’t need me as your life coach.

Truly, you don’t.

I believe wholeheartedly in your capability to figure out what you want and to make it happen in your life!

But have you ever wished for an express lane out of the Mom Hole?

For changing your thoughts and reactions to be EASIER???

For someone to believe in you while you work on believing in yourself?

It’s faster, it’s more efficient, and it’s more FUN to have a guide. (Yes, I said fun. Transformation can be fun!)

If you want a better idea of whether my coaching program is a good fit, I’d love to get to know you!

Schedule here for a free coaching consult chat.

Then grab a cup of something delicious (I’ll probably have a matcha hemp milk latte… IYKYK), pull up a chair, and let’s chat about how things could be so different for you just three months from now.

I’ve got you, mama. <3
